After years of taking my BMW to the dealership, I decided to try something different and brought it to Kranz Motorcars. I’m very glad I did!
Heather and Joe were both fantastic to work with — extremely personable, welcoming, and professional. Scheduling was easy, and the communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Joe provided detailed updates, clearly explained everything that was done, and gave me helpful recommendations for maintaining my BMW moving forward.
The pricing was also very fair and significantly more reasonable than what I’ve experienced at the dealership.
I’ll definitely be bringing my BMW back to Kranz Motorcars in the future and would recommend their shop without reservation. Great people, great service, and a great experience!

Awesome first impression at Kranz Motorcars! During my initial visit to say hello, Joe gave me a tour of his immaculate garage and provided me with estimates for work on my vehicle. He was friendly and personable while demonstrating a strong knowledge of my BMW. Upon return for service, I received a text within hours detailing the condition of my car and suggested work to be completed. Joe also followed up with a phone call. The work was completed promptly for a VERY reasonable cost. Joe’s wife was also a friendly voice via phone and in person at the front desk. As a team, they have created a positive experience for automotive service. I would encourage anyone with a European vehicle to take advantage of the exceptional service at Kranz Motorcars.

Was looking for a local shop to service my 2013 Cayenne and found Kranz Motorcars had just opened in my community. The dealer I had been using became disappointing with their customer service and pricing. It was a pleasure dealing with such a customer focused enterprise with this husband and wife team. While I only met Joe earlier this year, I knew as soon as we spoke that I had found my new mechanic. My wife and I have owned German cars for all of our lives. About 10 VWs, 3 Audis, and now 4 Porsches, not to mention our three kids' VWs and Audis. I have heavily modified almost all of these cars, and as such they are and continue to be a huge part of our lives. I love working on them myself, but with modern German Engineering, most work is way beyond my abilities.

He replaced and upgraded the clutch, intercooler, turbo, fuel pump, spark plugs and intake, as well as added a tune that completely transformed the car. Additionally, we had him do a significant service on the wife's Macan shortly thereafter.
Joe's work was flawless, and he treated our cars like they were his own. I have since learned that his experience and technical expertise is only surpassed by his honesty and fairness!
All of cars will be going there moving forward for inspections, routine maintenance and performance upgrades. I strongly suggest if you own a German automobile that you do, too. You will be glad you found Kranz Motorcars!!!!!!!
